Community Facilitator

Nature of Work:

Full-time Field-Based

Reports To:

Project Coordinator / Field Supervisor

Key Responsibilities (Point-wise):

Engage with Local Communities:

Build rapport and trust with residents in the targeted areas to promote participation in government schemes.

Spread Awareness on Government Schemes:

Educate individuals about various Central and State Government welfare schemes such as PMJAY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, Ayushman Bharat, Ujjwala Yojana, etc.

Ensure Enrolment in Minimum 5 Schemes:

Help each eligible individual get enrolled in at least five relevant government schemes.

Data Collection and Reporting:

Maintain daily records of outreach activities, fill application forms, and ensure timely data entry on mobile apps or portals.

Coordinate with Local Stakeholders:

Work in collaboration with Gram Pradhans, SHG members, Anganwadi workers, ASHAs, and other grassroots-level workers.

Distribute IEC Materials:

Disseminate information through pamphlets, brochures, and posters to enhance understanding of the schemes.

Organize Awareness Camps & Meetings:

Conduct small group meetings and community camps to explain scheme benefits and resolve queries.

Use Digital Tools for Registration:

Assist people using mobile phones, online portals, and apps for scheme application and verification.

Address Queries & Support Documentation:

Help individuals with document collection and resolve any issues related to scheme eligibility or application.

Participate in Progress Reviews:

Regularly share updates with supervisors and assist in evaluating field progress for strategy planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
