Role & Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the

Events and Community business

, overseeing operations worth ?40-50 Lakhs per month. Build and maintain strong relationships with

corporates, MNCs, and event management agencies

. Lead end-to-end

planning, execution, and scaling of sports events and community engagements

. Bring in

new sponsors

and manage partnerships from onboarding to delivery. Optimize and enhance the

events framework

- streamline SOPs, logistics, branding, outreach, and execution. Drive

outbound efforts

, set and track performance targets, and identify opportunities for growth. Contribute actively to

content and engagement

on social media - from posts and stories to trend-based strategies. Work extensively with

emails and Microsoft Office tools

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Be open and prepared for

frequent travel

to support and scale on-ground activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field, with a passion for leveraging

technology in large-scale operations

. 1-2 years of

hands-on experience in event management

. Strong

verbal and written communication

skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

. Active and creative on

social media platforms

. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced startup environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
