What You'll Do
Write, edit, and publish engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and YouTube, as well as email campaigns; this covers everything from product launches to DIY tips and community spotlights.
Reply to comments, questions, and DMs across social platforms in a way that's friendly and genuinely helpful; think fast, accurate, and on-brand at all times.
Track and report on key community engagement metrics: traffic, shares, conversion rates, feedback trends, and FAQs.
Create, update, and manage a central FAQ/Knowledge Base so users always get up-to-date and consistent answers.
Spot community trends and bring back insights to marketing, product, or support teams; if people keep asking for something, we want to hear about it.
Collaborate closely with marketing and creative to make sure our campaigns and content actually land with our community.
Look after the vibe: spark real conversations, keep engagement upbeat, and create an environment where users want to come back.
Stay on top of best practices for community and social platforms so our engagement is always transparent, safe, and authentic.
Who You Are
1+ years of experience in community management or social media engagement in a brand or agency context (mandatory).
Solid grasp of social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Reddit, and YouTube.
Know your way around core social content tools: WordPress, Blogger, Medium, or similar.
Pro at MS Office (especially Excel, for reporting).
Strong communication skills: you can chat, write, and handle community feedback in fluent, natural English.
Fast to learn, quick on the uptake, whether it's a new platform or a community crisis.
Strong organizational skills: You can juggle multiple conversations and tasks without dropping the ball.
High energy, approachable, and a self-starter.
Creative mindset with a knack for keeping conversations positive and on brand.
