HappinessCue is a wellbeing and human-development initiative designed to help students and professionals build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy coping mechanisms. Our programs combine psychology-informed frameworks, experiential learning, and practical tools that support real-life wellbeing needs in academic and workplace environments.
As we move toward launch, HappinessCue is building structured wellbeing programs that will be delivered through workshops, sessions, digital modules, and community engagement.
The Wellbeing Program Operations Internship offers students a rare opportunity to see how wellbeing programs are designed, coordinated, and executed in real-world settings.
The Community & Engagement Internship focuses on building and nurturing safe, respectful, and meaningful wellbeing communities around HappinessCue.
This role is ideal for students who enjoy:
Online community interaction

Moderation and conversation facilitation
Understanding emotional and behavioural dynamics in groups
What You Will Do
Support moderation of online student and user communities
Encourage healthy conversations around wellbeing topics
Observe participation patterns and engagement trends
Document community feedback and concerns
Assist in planning community activities, polls, or discussions
Ensure community guidelines and emotional safety standards
This role is about presence and care, not promotion.
