Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Media / Visual & Mass Communication / Journalism. MBA in Media Management / Advertising & PR / Marketing Communications
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in event management, product launch campaigns, loyalty programs, or on field marketing initiatives
Language: Native Hindi speaker (mandatory)

Your Role in Action
Community Builder
Design and grow a nationwide ecosystem of carpenters & contractors
Engage through events, networking, referral schemes, and activations
Creative Storyteller & Marketer
Develop engaging content, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, and campaigns
Execute on ground marketing initiatives, event sponsorships, and brand activations
Loyalty Program Architect
Conceptualize and launch an app based loyalty program for partners
Build rewarding journeys that drive repeat engagement and loyalty
Sales & Ecosystem Support
Coordinate with sales teams on leads, follow-ups, and partner engagement
Align community-building efforts with business growth
