Who We Are Looking For
We seek a self-driven professional with a strong background in community service, social studies, social entrepreneurship, or allied fields. Hands-on experience in the not-for-profit sector will be a significant advantage. Given the delicate nature of our work and the critical need for continuity in community development, candidates must be fully committed for a minimum tenure of three years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strengthening Community Integration
Build deep and lasting connections with the local community, families, and institutions to ensure smooth integration of Akshadhaa Assisted Living.
Conduct detailed demographic studies to map educational and healthcare institutions in the region.
Initiate outreach programs, including health camps, Akshadhaa Foundation initiatives, and local partnerships to foster inclusive community participation.
2. Transition from Construction Phase to Operational Phase
Lead the planning and execution of the community's transition from construction to full operation.
Develop detailed operational timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies for resident move-in.
Identify and address challenges in infrastructure, staffing, and services to ensure seamless operations.
3. Family Induction & Integration
Develop a structured family onboarding plan to ease their transition into community living.
Research and design best-in-class induction processes for families of neurodiverse individuals.
Create orientation guides, support systems, and milestone-based integration plans to ensure a smooth transition.
4. Phase-Wise Operational Evolution Plan
Design a scalable operational roadmap that outlines the growth of community services, facilities, and staffing.
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each phase, ensuring smooth execution and adaptability.
Plan for future expansions, identifying resource, infrastructure, and workforce requirements at each stage.
5. Community Financial Planning & Dossier Development
Create a comprehensive financial assessment framework to map families' financial needs, assets, and care plans.
