YWCA of Bangalore City is seeking applications from self-motivated Social Science graduates with a positive attitude towards working with the marginalized communities.
Should be knowledgeable about women's issues and other social concerns.
- Initiate need-based community programmes.
- Supervise, monitor and evaluate community-based projects.
- Train and orient teachers on effective teaching methods and execution plans.
- Organize effective community outreach meetings and health camps.
- Communicate effectively in local languages - Kannada and Tamil.
- Speak good English and document projects/programmes in the system.
Work experience of 3 years atleast from a Non-Governmental sector working for women and children in an urban setting preferably.
