Business Development & Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new members.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address member enquiries and concerns.
Organize and participate in networking events and community activities to foster a strong coworking community.
Project Management & Operations:
Support project management activities, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking.
Assist with the planning and execution of events and workshops.
Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and membership agreements.
Community Engagement:
Welcome and onboard new members, providing tours and explaining the facilities and services.
Create plans and activities to keep current members engaged and satisfied.
Promote the coworking space and its offerings through various channels.
