communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist

management and all walk in clients & visitors to the company by giving them a tour

of the premises, making proposals, handling office tasks, providing polite and

professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel

arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as a Community Business Executive, candidates should be

professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be

prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Community Business

Executive must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both

verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Community Associates should

have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

At PARAGRAPH, a Community Business Executive typically supports business

development, client relations, and project execution, assisting with tasks like market

research, strategy implementation, and event planning to enhance community

engagement and attract new members.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of the role:

Key Responsibilities:



Business Development & Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to attract new members.

Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide excellent customer service and address member enquiries and concerns. Organize and participate in networking events and community activities to foster a strong coworking community.

Project Management & Operations:



Support project management activities, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking. Assist with the planning and execution of events and workshops. Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, payments, and membership agreements.

Community Engagement:



Welcome and onboard new members, providing tours and explaining the facilities and services. Create plans and activities to keep current members engaged and satisfied. Promote the coworking space and its offerings through various channels. Data Analysis and Reporting Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and
recommendations to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Make sure pantry, housekeeping and other operations run smoothly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Experience in Hospitality, customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus. Passion for the coworking space industry and community engagement. Acumen for legal paperwork for Office agreements, business & financial acumen
