Job Description

A Community Builder is responsible for fostering engagement, connection, and growth within a community, organization, or online platform. Their key duties include creating and maintaining positive relationships with community members, delivering training, facilitating communication, and coordinating local or virtual community activities to empower members and multiply impact. They often work closely with other teams, manage expectations, moderate discussions, and gather feedback to enhance community experiences and inform organizational decisions.

Core Responsibilities

Facilitate and deliver training sessions for community members or leaders. Empower members to launch and lead groups or circles locally. Continuously improve community programs based on member feedback. Moderate online community platforms and facilitate meaningful interactions. Connect community members to strengthen networks and partnerships. Organize virtual and in-person events to engage and grow the community. Collect and share insights and feedback to align community needs with organizational goals.
