About Us:

FIKAA is an algorithm-based investment platform that enables individuals to invest easily in Mutual Funds, Digital Gold, and Fixed Deposits. The app is designed to be so simple and intuitive that even first-time investors can begin their financial journey independently. We're on a mission to make investing more accessible, actionable, and empowering for everyone.

What You'll Do:

Build and nurture a strong community of users, ambassadors, and partners through both online and offline engagement Drive sales and outreach to corporates, SaaS platforms, and other potential partners through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls Manage end-to-end B2B2C onboarding and provide post-onboarding support Handle customer queries and ensure timely, professional communication Manage Twitter and Threads accounts with engaging and consistent content Help come up with ideas for videos and be part of the planning and shooting process for social media platforms

What We're Looking For:

A multi-tasker who can manage varied responsibilities in a dynamic environment Experience in community building, strategic partnerships, or marketing Startup mindset, proactive, adaptable, and ready to bring new ideas to the table Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A basic understanding of financial products like Mutual Funds and SIPs Awareness of social media trends and ability to create or adapt content accordingly Comfortable participating in videos when needed (a plus, not mandatory)

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
