Key Responsibilities:
Be "the face" of our community: greet members, visitors, and clients with warmth and professionalism
Run day-to-day reception operations: check-ins, check-outs, answering calls and emails
Manage meeting/board room bookings, ensure smooth setup and readiness
Resolve routine issues or escalate to operations team when needed
Keep the lobby & reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with organizing and executing member events and onsite programs
Contribute ideas & small improvements to enhance member experience and workspace culture
Requirements / Qualifications:
Strong command of English; excellent communication & customer service skills
Warm, approachable demeanor; high attention to detail
Presentable, professional appearance
Basic computer literacy: Microsoft Office, email, calendars etc.
Education:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or any customer-facing role preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly, and work in a dynamic environment
