About Fluentorr

Fluentorr is an innovative English fluency training platform that focuses on helping students, especially from Kerala, enhance their English speaking skills. Our unique approach involves small group sessions, AI-driven fluency analysis, and mentor-led learning. We aim to create an engaging, fun, and supportive learning environment that promotes not just language skills but also confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily Fluentorr Meet-up Sessions (FMS) via Zoom for students. Each session is 1.5 hours long. One-on-One Sessions & Worksheets: Provide of one-on-one sessions and assess worksheets to give personalized feedback (takes around 1.5hr). Monitor Student Progress: Track each student's performance and fluency improvement, providing regular updates and constructive feedback. Create a Positive Learning Environment: Encourage student participation and foster a supportive, engaging, and interactive learning space. Daily Class Schedule: Alternating between FMS on one day and worksheet-cum-calling activities the next day, ensures that students receive holistic attention. Evening shift (Flexible): Available to work between 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Each teacher will be assigned an FMS slot within this time range.

Requirements

Fluency in English: A strong command of spoken and written English is essential. Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching English or related fields is required. Comfort with Online Teaching Tools: Must be familiar with Zoom and other digital tools for conducting virtual classes. Passion for Teaching: A love for teaching, mentoring, and helping students grow and achieve fluency. Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection, a laptop, and a quiet place to teach from home.
