Job Description

Develop and deliver English language training modules as per the course structure (basic, intermediate, and advanced levels). Conduct interactive classes focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Customize teaching strategies based on learner needs and proficiency levels. Collaborate with content developers and coordinators to align sessions with course materials and scripts. Evaluate learner progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical tasks. Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one support when necessary. Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports. Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology into the learning process. Assist in recording video lessons or participate in live shoots, if required. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing training programs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching or training English. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills. Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital teaching techniques. Confidence in presenting in front of a camera (for online course recordings). Team player with a collaborative mindset

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
