Job Description

Trainer will be responsible for the delivery of pre-determined training curriculum on Management and Human Resource related topics such as Communication Skills, Soft-Skills etc. Assist in analyzing and assessing the application of appropriate instructional tools and strategies to accomplish and identify learning outcomes. Prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses. Trainer will be responsible for meeting training needs and delivering training programs based on skill gap analysis and identified needs. Responsible for the administration of all assigned training groups, facilities preparation, and securing of training materials.
Requirements:

MBA HR, Finance, BTech, MA English / CA / CS or related field preferred. 3-7 years' experience working in training delivery, teaching, or coaching experience. Must possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple on-going priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English). Excellent interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ?5,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
