Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons focused on

communication skills

(speaking, listening, reading, and writing). Create a classroom environment that encourages

student interaction, discussion, and confidence in speaking English

. Use communicative teaching methods such as role-plays, debates, presentations, group work, and real-life language activities. Assess students' language proficiency through tests, oral presentations, assignments, and continuous evaluation. Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs and proficiency levels of diverse learners. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. Prepare students for academic requirements, examinations, and practical language use. Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behavior. Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school meetings, trainings, and activities. Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents and school administration.
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in

English, Education, Linguistics

, or a related field. Teaching certification or B.Ed. (preferred). Proven experience teaching English at the

high school level

. Strong command of spoken and written English. Training or experience in

Communicative Language Teaching (CLT)

is an advantage.
