Job Summary:
The Communicative English Teacher will be responsible for improving students' English communication skills through interactive and practical teaching methods. The role focuses on enhancing speaking, listening, reading, and writing proficiency, preparing students for academic, personal, and professional success.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Communicative English.
Conduct activities such as group discussions, presentations, debates, and role-plays to build confidence and fluency.
Organize and manage language labs and pronunciation sessions.
Evaluate students through assignments, oral tests, and classroom participation.
Guide students in developing public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Prepare and update lesson plans, learning materials, and teaching aids.
Encourage participation in language clubs and soft-skill enhancement programs.
Maintain attendance and performance records as per institutional norms.
