We are hiring a

female Communication Specialist

with excellent

spoken English

to handle

phone calls

with

foreign patients

. This is a

clinic-based role in Lucknow

, and the main responsibility is to speak professionally and clearly with international patients and guide them about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Speak fluently with

foreign patients on phone calls

Assist patients confidently and politely in

English

Handle additional communication via

WhatsApp, email, or video calls

Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for patient follow-ups Maintain call records and ensure timely responses Provide empathetic and professional assistance to international patients

Requirements:

Excellent spoken English

is mandatory Confident and clear voice for handling

international phone calls

Female candidates preferred (as per communication team requirement) Previous experience in healthcare or customer support is a plus Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and video platforms Good listening and interpersonal skills
