Handle additional communication via
WhatsApp, email, or video calls
Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for patient follow-ups
Maintain call records and ensure timely responses
Provide empathetic and professional assistance to international patients
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English
is mandatory
Confident and clear voice for handling
international phone calls
Female candidates preferred (as per communication team requirement)
Previous experience in healthcare or customer support is a plus
Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and video platforms
Good listening and interpersonal skills
