What would you do?

The M+C People Comms Delivery team supports all internal cross-channel communication services working with Marketing and Communications teams across Accenture. The communication Specialist will work in collaboration with Marketing and Internal Communications teams on the execution of internal campaigns aimed at Accenture employees. The role will be responsible of operating company massive mailing tool, WordPress-based intranet, analytics reporting, and the company broadcast / production platforms to host any virtual Live Events, among others. As part of the daily work, the People Comms Delivery Specialist will need to connect with the different communicators, understand their needs and execute their campaigns in the internal communication channels. This role will work in collaboration with the service Sr. Analysts and with the Global Operations Lead helping coordinate team activities

Hard skills required o Competent in office package: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. o Understanding web traffic metrics and data analysis skills will be valued. o WordPress experience and/or HTML / CSS will be valued. o Experience using SharePoint or other workflow management tools will be valued.


Roles and Responsibilities:

o Specific responsibilities include: o Coordinate and operate internal cross-channel digital communication tools based on requests from internal requestors. o Interact with senior requestors to understand and execute their requests. o Translate communication needs into proposals that align to company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools. o Ensure the quality of the content and design of the deliverables. o Manage feedback received via shared mailboxes and respond to queries with standard responses. o Become service channel expert, acting as account manager for our stakeholders and supporting requests and team inquiries. o Support and facilitate review and distribute e-mail messages in alignment to company policies, guidelines, and technical restrictions of the tools. o Act as local point of contact and/or channel expert according to skills & specializations. o Coordinate and collaborate with other local POCs, channel experts and service operations lead. o Understand usability principles and familiarity with agile methods and program management. o Project management and tracking. o Ability to work independently. o Resolve issues. o Plan and coordinate service updates and improvements.
