Job Role: CommunicationOfficer Location: Worli, Mumbai Position Type: Full-time We are seeking a creative and driven communications professional with 2-3 years of experience in fashion or brand communications, ideally with exposure to sustainable fashion or lifestyle brands. Freshers with a rich portfolio are also welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for brand storytelling, content creation, and influencer engagement, while translating design concepts into compelling narratives for digital channels. This role is key to strengthening the brand's presence and building authentic connections with our audience. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with business objectives.

Create engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and newsletters.

Collaborate with designers and creative teams to convert design concepts into impactful brand stories.

Manage influencer collaborations, partnerships, and media outreach to enhance brand visibility.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activitiesto identify new opportunities for storytelling.

Support brand campaigns, launches, and eventsthrough innovative communication ideas.

Track performance metrics across channels to evaluate effectiveness and optimize communication strategies.



Key Skills & Qualifications: o 2-3 years of experience in fashion/brand communications, preferably in sustainable fashion or lifestyle brands. o Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). o Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create clear, engaging narratives. o Hands-on experience in content creation for social media, especially Instagram (Reels, Carousels, Meta Ads). o Proven ability to manage influencer collaborations and partnerships. o Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
