Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC\xe2\x80\x99s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Demonstrated abilities and/or a proven record of success as an individual contributor or team member in the following areas:
  • Measure and analyze integrated communications performance to inform strategic improvements and performance across earned (news) media and social media
  • Gather and update data from multiple digital communications channels (web, social media, earned media, email), and validate data for consistency and accuracy
  • Conduct market research to analyze the competitive landscape, determine brand perceptions, identify new opportunities, and provide actionable insights
  • Use storytelling, visualizations, analytics, and communication skills to build deliverables like dashboards, reports, newsletters, and presentations
  • Create and maintain queries for social and online/digital listening; apply tags to content and data and manage tagging governance
  • Collaborate effectively with Managers and Directors on priorities and projects (research & analysis, media relations, content development and distribution, reporting)
  • Develop and learn communications principles and practices, technologies and analytics while sharing insights with the team
  • Comfortable using digital communications technology platforms and demonstrates willingness to learn and embrace new technologies; use technology and tools that enable communications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Google platforms and tools; and BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau and Adobe Analytics
  • Demonstrates business acumen, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
  • Navigates complexity and ambiguity, practices resourcefulness to see things through
