Job Description

A Noida based NGO Wishes and Blessings is looking for a

dynamic Communications Manager

to lead our communications, branding, and outreach efforts, ensuring that our story touches more lives and inspires greater participation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the NGO's mission and fundraising goals. Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms. Work closely with leadership to align communication efforts with organizational priorities.

Content Creation & Management

Oversee the creation of engaging content including newsletters, annual reports, blogs, website copy, and donor communications. Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) to build brand presence and drive engagement.

Internal & External Communications

Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with program and fundraising teams for donor updates, proposals, and impact reports. Organize and promote events, campaigns, and community outreach programs.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Track performance of communication campaigns using analytics and reporting tools. Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement. Maintain and update communication databases, media contacts, and archives.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

2-3 years in communications, PR, or branding roles (preferably with NGOs or social impact organizations).

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong storytelling and content development skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics. Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred). Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
