We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional who can build strong relationships with donors, manage fundraising communication, and contribute to the organization's growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors
Handle donor communication: proposals, reports, thank-you notes & follow-ups
Maintain donor database and ensure timely documentation
Plan and execute fundraising campaigns & events
Create impactful content for social media, newsletters, and outreach
Coordinate with program teams for information sharing and updates
Ensure transparency & donor satisfaction through regular engagement
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Social Work, Management, Communication or related field
2-4 years' experience in donor management / fundraising / NGO communication preferred
Strong communication & writing skills (English & Marathi & Hindi )
Proficiency in digital communication tools & CRM software
Relationship-building & networking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
