About the role



We are looking for a

Strategic

Communications Lead

who will be the custodian of our brand narrative and a key driver of visibility, partnerships, and growth -- across both our non-profit entity (SuperHumanRace Foundation) and our for-profit climate tech platforms. This role is central to shaping how global stakeholders engage with our mission, our products, and our impact.

Key Responsibilities:



Brand Evangelism & Thought Leadership

Develop and execute a communications roadmap to position SuperHumanRace and its Digital Public Good at the forefront of climate-tech, sustainability, and ESG globally. Craft compelling narratives and multimedia content that communicate the value of our DPG to governments, multilaterals, philanthropies, and corporates. Drive high-impact media coverage, speaking engagements, and publishing opportunities for the leadership team.

Revenue & Fundraising Enablement

Design communication strategies that amplify visibility, contributing to earned revenue growth (for-profit) and grant/philanthropy success (non-profit). Partner with business development and fundraising teams to create tailored donor decks, investor pitches, and collateral. Ensure unified messaging across platforms (LinkedIn, institutional portals, media, events).

Campaigns, Content & Community Building

Lead storytelling across digital platforms--newsletters, case studies, blogs, podcasts, and social media. Design and roll out campaigns on climate intelligence, ESG automation, emissions benchmarking, and sustainable procurement. Build and engage communities through events, webinars, and digital activations aligned with the evolving realities as well as national / global climate priorities.

Visibility for the Digital Public Good

Position the DPG as a climate intelligence commons through strategic partnerships and co-created campaigns with multilaterals, governments, and NGOs. Align narratives with major policy and climate frameworks (e.g., India's LIFE movement, SDGs, CBAM). Curate global campaign moments around observances like Earth Day, COP, and G20.

Internal Alignment & Messaging Strategy

Align communication efforts across product, CSR, ESG, data, and advisory teams for unified messaging. Create internal knowledge kits, playbooks, and brand voice guidelines to maintain consistency across geographies and stakeholder types.

We are looking for...



A communications leader with 5+ years' experience in climate communications, sustainability marketing, or public affairs. Proven ability to turn impact into influence, driving partnerships, funding, and visibility. A creative storyteller with exceptional writing, presentation, and narrative design skills (design sensibility a bonus). Hands-on experience across climate themes like Net Zero, Carbon Credits, Renewable Energy, ESG, and social impact. A proactive, organized, and mission-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder contexts.

Preferred experience set & Qualifications:



Master's in Strategic Communication, Public Relations, Sustainability, or equivalent. Experience working with or adjacent to multilateral agencies (UN, IFC, GIZ), philanthropy networks, or global climate coalitions. Familiarity with Zoho suite, Hubspot, Notion, Canva, Cvent, or equivalent tools. Prior experience with Digital Public Goods, open data ecosystems, or public interest technologies is a plus.
