Job Description

We are looking for an executive for our communications work, social media, creatives and communications.

Context:

1. Currently we post all our information messages on social media such as WhatsApp groups, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google groups, website etc.
A. Hyderabad Runners sends out about 10 to 15 messages per month including Sunday Long Run announcements, Special runs announcements, Seasonal greetings and any other announcements

2. Our employees plan and coordinate with our Graphics vendor. Office Bearer member approves final messages.

3. We want to improve the quality of messaging, engagement and streamline the process

Role :

1. Make creative posts using images, videos etc for

A. Our Routine communication
B. Current activities an
C. Our Running events and training programs
D. On all social media, website and google groups etc.

2. Make new designs, formats, slogans etc.

A. Make memes, motivational slogans and knowledge posts
B. You tube videos, shorts, reels
C. Includes Creatives for Standees, Photo-ops, Printing materials etc

3. Social Media

A. Frame and Implement the social media Policy for HRS
B. Answer queries and replies
C. Post/ repost knowledge, mo1va1onal and humorous messages
D. Engage with other runners, influencers, running groups, experts, repost,
E. Review the engagement levels (follower, replies, reposts, likes etc) on monthly quarterly basis.

4. Increase the engagement and follower counts in all platforms Instagram/ Twitter/ Facebook/ Youtube

5. Marathon events- coordination with our Marketing agencies

Skills required:

1. Good skills in graphic designing programs
2. Social Media savvy
3. Has an eye for good designs and articulation
4. Good in corporate communications

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
