Communications Delivery Leader (Digital Marketing - BPO/KPO/Financial Services/Insurance)

MANDATORY ASK:

POSITION SUMMARY:

- The Service Delivery Leader - Marketing will be managing various roles of a digital marketer and also a creative art director.

- As part of the ambitious growth plans of our Employee Communication practice, we are seeking to extend resources in India. A brand-new team comprised of art workers, motion graphics designers and digital technicians will work as an extension of our existing teams across the UK, the US and Canada.

- Working with the global Operations function of our Comms practice, the role of the Delivery Leader will be to manage and, in time, grow the team. This role will work closely with our local and operations team in Europe to execute on global strategies and align global processes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Day-to-day management and oversight of resources, establishes work schedules and oversight of time off requests, staffing conflicts and resource planning.

- Work with creative, digital, campaign, and content team members to deliver as per objectives

- Ensure requests are completed accurately and in accordance with standard practices / guidelines and defined service level agreements.

- Provides status updates and regular assessments/reports along with insights into utilization and upcoming capacity risks, collaborating with the Operations function to determine appropriate action plans as necessary.

- Provide coaching, feedback, and assess team skills and aptitude.

- Monitor and regularly assesses overall team and individual performance against goals/KPIs to assess knowledge and performance improvement opportunities, including conflict resolution, staff issues and escalating foreseeable attrition risks.

- Identifies, communicates and proposes potential solutions regarding roadblocks, inefficiencies, and training opportunities to maximize team\'s work output and general well-being of employees.

- Participates in recruitment of new team members, on-boards and trains new employees.

- Provides administrative support to the operation functions, creating regular reports using our resource management platform and managing various enablement requests to support the onboarding of our new joiners across the world.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.

- Take work from concept to final execution within deadline.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

- Bachelor\'s/PG Degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

- 8-12 years of previous team management experience. Exposure to working in an organization involved in Insurance or Finance Domain would be an added advantage.

- Has worked on multiple projects simultaneously covering creatives, videos, social media, SEO, email marketing, campaigns, and branding.

- Demonstrated project and/or resource management, prioritization and organizational skills

- Professional and conversational fluency in English is a must.

- Leads with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset with strong mentorship skills.

- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills and also able to manage medium size teams.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, social media tools, and WordPress.

- Experience in tools like Canva, Snappa InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
