What You'll Need

• A degree
• Prior experience in academic counselling, centre coordination, or classroom management.
• You must be calm under pressure, great with people, and even better with systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and adjust class schedules and level placements effortlessly.
• Track student and educator attendance daily with attention to detail.
• Evaluate academic outcomes and support teachers with timely feedback.
• Handle parent interactions with empathy and professionalism.
• Host student demos during admissions adding sparkle to every session
• Own backend ops like teacher logs and reports.
• Communicate clearly, multitask smoothly, and adapt swiftly.
