Responsibilities:

This role supports all communications functions, with a primary focus on digital presence and content execution.

Social Media Management:

Create strategy and annual implementation plan for Social Media ( mainly Instagram and LinkedIn). Design and run compelling campaigns that aid recruitment and brand image. Draft captions, create posts, edit reels/basic videos, and upload content. Track analytics, generate monthly reports, and suggest data-driven improvements. Maintain a content bank of photos, videos, and stories from schools.

Content Creation:

Draft stories of impact from classrooms, alumni, teachers, and programs. design collaterals - posters, reports, presentations, brochures. Maintain platform hygiene and update content regularly.

Website & Digital Marketing:

Website updates, content uploads, and basic SEO hygiene. Support drafting, designing, and distributing monthly newsletters. Reach and implement Google Ads and basic SEM.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

?Work with fundraising, recruitment, and program teams to create communication assets. Support events through live coverage, photography, and content capture.

Prerequisites

Required: Bachelor's degree. Preferred: 0-2 years of communications or social media experience. Strong writing skills and comfort with digital tools (Canva, Meta tools, basic video editing). Creative mindset with the ability to meet tight timelines.

Compensation and Benefits:

We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 37k - 41k pm (CTC), and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
