Job Title: Communications & Public Relations Manager

The Communications & Public Relations (PR) Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate the brand, strengthen internal and external engagement, and shape a positive public image. This role leads internal communications, media relations, press outreach, and brand messaging across platforms with clarity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with company goals.

? Lead internal communications to foster a unified culture and informed workforce.

? Create, edit, and manage compelling content including press releases, newsletters, speeches, articles, and social media posts.

? Serve as the primary liaison for media outreach; build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.

? Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

? Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry trends; deliver regular insights and reports.

? Support crisis communication and reputation management with prompt, thoughtful messaging.

? Leverage a strong network of media contacts to amplify brand narratives and secure impactful coverage.

? Demonstrate agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

? Minimum 1 year of experience in a communications and PR capacity.

? Outstanding written, verbal, and editorial skills with a strong eye for detail.

? Proven success in managing media relations and securing strategic placements.

? Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.

? Experience in handling sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
