About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated

Communications & Engagement Manager

with at least

1 year of professional experience

to manage brand communications, media interactions, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build meaningful connections with internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility. Create engaging content (press releases, newsletters, social media posts, blogs). Manage relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders. Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to drive employee engagement. Support events, campaigns, and outreach activities. Monitor communication metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, PR, Marketing, or related field. Minimum

1 year of experience

in communications / PR / engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Gujarati is a plus). Familiarity with digital and social media communication. Creative thinker with the ability to craft engaging content. Good interpersonal skills for stakeholder and community engagement.
