Key Responsibilities

Content Execution

Assist in content creation and dissemination for social media, website, emails, and other communication channels. Help organize and maintain content folders, drafts, and calendars Create designs (social media creatives, brochures, event collaterals...etc) using branding guidelines. Proficiency in Canva preferred.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

Schedule and post content across platforms using tools or natively Monitor engagement and flag comments, responses, or shares for action Coordinate with internal teams to collect visuals, content, and approvals Assist in event promotions & lead generation

Strategy & Impact Alignment

Support in analyzing content performance and drawing insights to inform strategy Align communications with broader goals--visibility, partnerships & thought leadership Co-develop fresh content formats (interviews, testimonials, podcasts, etc.) Ensure messaging reflects organisational vision and values.

Skills Required

Proficient in Canva (design & presentation) Comfortable with basic writing and formatting (emails, posts, captions) Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube Organized, timely, and detail-oriented Has a growth mindset and is excited to contribute to a vision that blends public health, innovation, and education.

Preferred Experience

1-2 years in a communications, design, or digital support role Interest in Public health, Development, or Impact communication is a plus. Candidate from a Public Health background and interest in communications, design, or digital support role with skills in video making, social media will be preferred.
