With the support of the Account Manager, understand the client content requirements and deliverables for their marketing and communication strategy and execute to meet the KPIs
Plan and take brief of work from Account Manager
Establish clarity in communication and briefing amongst team members at the initial level for minimum miscommunication
Standardization and Management of all important documents and information required across verticals
Execution

Write clear, brand aligned, powerful content across formats, channels and mediums for the clients allocated
Brainstorm with team members/partners/freelancers to deliver extended projects
Manage day to day tasks through content Gantt charts, to keep client deadlines on schedule
Ability to develop a content that encompasses the goals of the company and aligns with company's image
Ensuring all content are up-to mark on tonality, quality, clarity and consistency
Ability to enhance the creativity and standards of content quality
Manage workflow for the team and self
Job Requirements

Excellent writing and speaking communication skills
Extensive knowledge of content best practices
Experience as a content manager or a similar role
Experience in creating content strategies
Ability to multitask, be solution oriented and operate with team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Maintain positive attitude and be a problem-solver
Bachelor's or Master's degree in creative writing, journalism, English, or related field
