Compensation

Duration:

8 days contract

Session Schedule:

2 sessions per day , each session lasting 3 Hours

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Freelance Communication & Interpersonal Skills Trainer for a short-term engagement to deliver high-impact training sessions. The role involves covering a comprehensive 48-hour content curriculum, focusing on critical communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills to enhance students' employability.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver Training Sessions: Conduct 2engaging and interactive sessions daily, each lasting 3 hours, as per the provided curriculum.

Focus Areas:

Communication Skills:

Advanced grammar, active listening, speaking & listening skills.

Writing Skills:

Email etiquette, professional email drafting, report writing, and technical writing.

Interpersonal Skills:

Group discussions, teamwork, collaboration, and body language (including role-play).

Presentation Skills

: Interview preparation, Public speaking, JAM (Just a Minute), and preparing speeches.

Analytical Skills

: SWOT analysis, career planning, and self-assessment.

Practical Exercises:

Facilitate interactive activities like building a paper tower, conflict resolution role-play, and case studies on teamwork.

Assessments & Feedback

: Conduct self-assessment and peer feedback sessions to track and enhance student learning.

Content Coverage

: Ensure the completion of the 48-hour curriculum within the contract period.

Student Engagement

: Motivate and guide students to actively participate and develop confidence in their communication abilities.

Qualifications:

Educational Background

: Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related fields.

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience in training or teaching communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in grammar, writing, and public speaking techniques.

Ability to connect with and inspire students.

Availability: Flexibility to commit to the 8-day contract period.
