Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions to improve participants' spoken English, business communication, voice & accent, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
Assess training needs through assessments, feedback, and collaboration with team leads or managers.
Develop and update training modules, lesson plans, and supporting materials tailored to business requirements.
Use role-plays, group discussions, multimedia, and other interactive methods to enhance learning.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to individuals to support their communication development.
Track and report training progress, performance metrics, and post-training effectiveness.
Stay updated with best practices in communication training, language trends, and soft skills development.
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to align training programs with company goals.
