We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to train and mentor students pursuing careers in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will deliver interactive training sessions focused on grooming, communication, customer service, personality development, and other essential soft skills needed in the aviation and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, grooming, customer service, time management, and team coordination
Prepare aviation-specific training materials and modules
Mentor students to build confidence, professional attitude, and presentability
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-plays to enhance real-world readiness
Track and evaluate student performance and provide feedback
Stay updated with industry standards and expectations
Collaborate with academic staff to align soft skills training with curriculum objectives
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Training or Aviation background preferred)
Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in aviation or hospitality
Excellent communication, presentation, and grooming standards
Ability to engage and inspire young learners
Strong knowledge of aviation industry requirements and soft skill expectations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
