Qualification
Masters Degree in English, HR, psychology, business, or related field
Proven experience in corporate training, soft-skills training, or facilitation
Strong verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills
Conduct communication skills workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs
Assess employee communication gaps and create tailored training plans
Develop training content, activities, and role-play scenarios
Deliver engaging presentations and interactive sessions
Provide feedback and performance evaluations to trainees
Monitor training outcomes and prepare training reports
