Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Communication Trainer to help our students and professionals enhance their spoken and written communication skills. The trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions tailored to real estate industry needs, covering client interaction, presentation techniques, business communication, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare course modules and materials to train the students within the course timeline Conduct engaging communication skills training sessions (verbal, non-verbal, written) for individuals and groups. Design content focused on professional communication, including client conversations, email etiquette, negotiations, and public speaking. Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive, personalized feedback. Facilitate role-plays, mock presentations, and real-world communication simulations. Assist students in improving pronunciation, vocabulary, tone, and body language. Update training materials in alignment with industry standards and communication trends. Maintain student performance records and prepare progress reports. Conduct specialized workshops or crash courses for targeted communication challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a communication trainer or English language instructor. Strong understanding of business communication, especially in service-oriented sectors like real estate. Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience in remote/online training platforms is a plus.

Pay: ?15,784.11 - ?50,515.68 per month
