Key Responsibilities
Develop and articulate brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
Build integrated communication strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
Analyze audience insights, trends, and competitors to inform strategic direction.
Support new business pitches with strategic communication ideas and narratives.
Define KPIs and KRAs for the creative team; monitor performance and maintain accountability.
Support project management to deliver campaigns on time and within defined scope.
Apply logical thinking and problem-solving to resolve creative or execution challenges.
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to translate insights into impactful creative direction.
Strong organizational skills with effective file management, workflow structuring, and time discipline.
Deep understanding of AI tools for creativity, efficiency, and faster, smarter execution.
Agency experience preferred.
