As a

Voice & Accent Trainer

, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our International BPO teams. You'll coach, mentor, and inspire employees to excel in communication and client interactions.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Any Graduate 3+ years total experience

Minimum 1 year

as a V&A / Pre-process Trainer in an

International BPO

Must-Have Skills:

Training Delivery & Needs Analysis Training Design & Development Coaching & Performance Management Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills Documentation & Administrative Skills

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Instructional Design, Curriculum Development Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Certifications like

Train the Trainer / TEFL / IELTS

are a plus!
