Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Skills Trainer to help students/professionals enhance their verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. The trainer will design and deliver engaging sessions to build confidence, clarity, and effectiveness in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on spoken English, interpersonal communication, public speaking, group discussions, and interview skills. Develop customized training modules, lesson plans, and practice materials. Assess learners' communication abilities and provide constructive feedback. Organize role-plays, presentations, debates, and interactive activities to enhance learning. Mentor participants for confidence building, articulation, and professional etiquette. Track progress and maintain training reports and attendance records. Coordinate with management to update training content and improve program effectiveness. Conduct workshops on workplace communication, body language, email etiquette, and personality development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience as a Communication/Soft Skills Trainer or English Language Instructor. Excellent command over spoken and written English. Strong presentation, facilitation, and motivational skills. Ability to engage learners through interactive and practical techniques. Familiarity with modern training tools, audiovisual aids, and digital platforms.
