Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION- Create A Strong Brand Value and Position Embassy REIT and Embassy Group as a Responsible, Caring, Thought Leader in the social space- Achieve external communications goals through all channels by liaising with communication SPOCs and amplifying all Outreach initiatives at the close of projects, and on a periodic basis to showcase highlights and impact through testimonials, thought leadership articles, etc. - Create quarterly communications strategies based on Outreach calendar and requirements.- Overall, 90% of activities should be queued and shared on social media platforms within 24 hours of the activity 2. COLLATERALS- Ensure all project sites have the required branding and collaterals is in good condition, with a quarterly quality check. Schedule the branding for completed projects (inclusive of designing and implementing plaques, school collaterals such as posters and stickers, CSR standees, sun boards, giveaways such as magnets etc.) - Liaise with external agencies and internal communications team to ensure end-to-end creation of external branding and collaterals for events as required.- Ideate, design and create collateral that showcases Embassy's Outreach at the best capacity, inclusive of coffee table books, Outreach annual reports, videos, etc. - Develop and manage decks for external use.3. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND VOLUNTEERINGCurate and organize opportunities for Embassy employees and other corporate employees to engage and find meaningful ways to give back through volunteering opportunities- Motivate internal and external employees to give back in meaningful ways by curating and organizing opportunities for employee engagement and volunteering in a periodic manner. Ensuring this vertical has a thorough reporting and recording system is essential. - Support the team with Fundraising initiatives with ideation, collaterals, and trackers. 4. PRSupport PR plan and strategy to achieve the goals set out in external communications- Update activity/project briefs for the PR team & track liaisons with PR agencies on strategies and plans on a quarterly basis.- Track communications with stakeholders' PR teams as required to amplify opportunities/updates.- Research one opportunity/hook to discuss with the PR team per quarter.- Find 5 CSR Speaker/interview/participation opportunity for the CSR team to attend over the year that would enhance the image of Embassy's Community Outreach Initiatives as a Thought Leader5. INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONSInternal Communication to build a sense of loyalty and pride for the Embassy brand amongst Embassadors, boost awareness of CSR initiatives and motivate employees to participate in meaningful ways- Ensure complete internal awareness of CSR projects amongst Embassy Group Employees- 100% of new hires should be briefed on Community Outreach upon their joining during Orientation run by HR - Organize volunteering activities for new employees within 6 months of joining- 90% of all CSR activities should be shared with the Senior Management Team and with all employees through Orange on a real-time basis- Develop and manage internal reports on a quarterly and annual basis. Ensure to share CSR highlights among group level internal platforms.6. PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF EVENTSAssist in structuring and organizing events, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and ensure quality of events is aligned with the Embassy brand- Plan and implement events such as Inaugurations & groundbreakings, Official government functions, EE series and webinars, Corporate & internal employee engagements as per event calendar- Organize 3 thought leadership event (Embassy Engage Series) over the year7. ARCHIVING AND DOCUMENTINGSetup and maintain a logically sound, well-catalogued system for information storage into an online library/archive and ensure that this is periodically updated in a timely manner- Media and Communications archives to be overseen on a quarterly basis (ref:updazz.com)
