About the Role
You will be the voice and bridge of our studio--responsible for initiating conversations, building relationships, and bringing potential clients and collaborators into our world. This role combines communication strategy, outreach, appointment setting, and partnership development to grow our presence in the interior and architecture industry.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Outreach & Appointment Setting
Proactively reach out to potential clients (residential, commercial, institutional) via email, calls, social media, and networking events.
Schedule and confirm appointments for studio visits, consultations, and project discussions with our design team.
Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the engagement funnel.
2.
Studio Visits & Client Experience
Welcome and host visitors at our studio, providing an engaging introduction to our services, portfolio, and design philosophy.
Organize and manage studio tours, open houses, and showcase events.
Ensure every visitor leaves with a clear understanding of our value and next steps.
3.
Partnerships & Industry Networking
Identify and connect with architects, builders, real estate developers, and industry influencers.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and design forums to represent the studio and generate leads.
Build and maintain a network of referral partners.
4.
Communication & Content Collaboration
Work with the content team to create outreach materials--emails, brochures, case studies, and social media content that attract quality leads.
Provide insights from client interactions to help tailor marketing messaging.
Assist in collecting client testimonials, reviews, and project stories.
5.
CRM & Lead Management
Maintain an organized database of leads, clients, and partners using CRM tools.
Track outreach efforts, appointment outcomes, and conversion metrics.
Prepare weekly reports on outreach activities and lead pipeline.
Who You Are
A confident communicator with excellent English and Hindi/Gujarati skills.
Someone who enjoys meeting new people and can build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent without being pushy.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple conversations and schedules.
Interested in design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Comfortable with basic digital tools (CRM, email platforms, social media).
