Client Servicing Executive (Field-Based - Bihar Region) Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Visits & Relationship Management:
Regularly visit client offices across Bihar to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
Act as the key point of contact between the company and existing/prospective clients.
Business Generation:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and field networking.
Convert leads into sales through personal meetings and presentations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business targets.
Proposal & Follow-Ups:
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product/service information.
Follow up on pending deals and client communications to ensure closure.
Market Mapping & Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Identify trends, demands, and new business sectors for expansion.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of visits, client feedback, and sales status.
Submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager with visit outcomes and action plans.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements.
Coordinate for timely delivery of services/products.
Travel Planning & Scheduling:
Plan and manage travel across multiple districts and cities within Bihar.
Optimize meeting schedules for maximum coverage and efficiency.
Client Servicing:
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and consistent follow-up.
Gather feedback for service improvement and communicate it to the relevant teams.
