Job Summary:

Leading the entire communication chain of client onboarding, starting from project

initiation to delivery. The Communication Lead will play a crucial role in client coordination,

project management, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and

clients.

Responsibilities:

Maintain necessary paperwork, including agreements and contracts. Create WhatsApp groups for clients and internal communication. Receive client calls and coordinate with the team. Be a decisive part of job allocation within the team. Participate in project deadline fixation and monitor adherence. Schedule and facilitate online meetings with clients via Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom. Take client approval for website and project deliverables. Understand the client's services thoroughly while taking the brief from the Marketing Team. Monitor task progress and ensure timely delivery of projects. Inform clients upon project completion and seek their feedback. Notify the accounts department upon project delivery. Coordinate with vendors for project management and ensure timely delivery.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with conversational proficiency in Bengali and Hindi. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Qualification:

Graduate or Post-graduate in any field.
