Yuva Rural Association (YRA) is a registered society under the M.P. Society Registration Act 1973, Madhya Pradesh, in 2002. YRA\'s Head office is based in Nagpur, and the work area is all over India. YRA\'s primary focus has been on rural & tribal development since its inception in livelihoods enhancement, gender justice, natural resource management (environment), and good governance.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create communication media such as presentations, posters, flyers, etc.
2. Spread those media to the targeted audience
3. Work on follow-ups and management of press relations
4. Work on press impact analysis & writing press materials
5. Work on the management of digital communication channels such as social media, emails, etc.
6. Work on the management of public relations such as events, invitations, information, etc.
7. Work on follow-up of the media plan
8. Work on other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
9. Work on assisting the senior

Skills & Requirements:

1. Energetic, inventive, hardworking, social media and web-savvy candidate brimming with ideas about creative ways to engage audiences in the organization\'s mission
2. Passion for effective communication and utilizing various tools to deliver messaging Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with organizational skills
3. Ability to work independently and with others
4. Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
5. Should be a graduated fresher in mass communication
6. Should have a good command of English verbal and written communication
