OVERVIEW:

SHAM INSTITUTE is looking for a dynamic and passionate Communication Faculty to train students. The ideal candidate should have strong command over English, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to engage students through interactive sessions.

JOB SUMMARY:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving students' spoken and written English, interpersonal communication, and soft skills. This role involves teaching English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, business communication, and public speaking in a structured and engaging way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct training sessions in English language and communication skills for students.

2. Teach modules including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

3. Enhance learners' communication confidence through role-plays, debates, presentations, and group activities.

4. Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and evaluation tools aligned with training objectives.

5. Provide regular feedback and guidance to students to track and improve performance.

6. Design customized training programs for different levels (beginner to advanced) or industry needs (aviation, hospitality, etc.).

7. Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and integrate technology into lessons.

8. Support academic and administrative tasks related to communication training.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related field.

2. Certification in English Language Teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is preferred.

3. Proven experience in training or teaching English communication (minimum [2-5] years).

4. Excellent command over spoken and written English.

5. Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

6. Ability to motivate and connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.

7. Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms.

SALARY:

As per SHAM INSTITUTE norms
