Answer phone calls professionally on behalf of the manager or senior executive.
Take detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Handle basic inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department/person if needed.
Manage and update the manager's calendar.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings, appointments, and tasks.
Prepare basic agendas or reminders for meetings.
Send timely notifications and reminders to attendees.
Keep a daily log of pending and completed tasks.
Remind the manager/senior of important deadlines and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates on assigned tasks or follow-ups.
Maintain records of meetings, call logs, and key updates.
Draft or forward basic communications as directed by the manager.
Assist in preparing simple reports, schedules, or summaries.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform other communication or admin tasks as required by the manager.
