Currently, Naandi focuses on four major verticals - safe drinking water, academic support to underprivileged school-going girls, upskilling for unemployed youth and working with small farmers to provide end-to-end support on regenerative agriculture.

The CSR Youth Skilling Program by Naandi offers a unique mix of new-age skills to bridge the gap between academics and industry expectations. By imparting critical skills to the youth, the program also boosts their employability. The program has its presence in every corner of the country touching 19 states over the last four years, empowering more than 500,000 youth from various backgrounds. It is touted to become India's most popular skilling program in the next decade.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Train students on life skills topics like confidence building, teamwork, leadership, goal setting, and problem-solving. Conduct communication skills sessions covering speaking, writing, listening, and professional communication. Prepare session plans, activities, and exercises to make classes interactive and engaging. Motivate and mentor students to build their self-esteem and career readiness. Assess student progress through tests, role plays, and assignments. Maintain records of attendance, performance, and feedback. Support placement-related activities by conducting interview preparation sessions. Participate in faculty meetings, training, and centre events.
Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to connect with youth and inspire them Good knowledge of soft skills, workplace etiquette, and corporate communication Experience in training, teaching, or counseling preferred Organised, student-friendly, and target-oriented Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Presentations) Familiarity with Coimbatore region is an advantage
Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (Arts, Education, Psychology, HR preferred) Certification in soft skills training or communication training is an added advantage 2+ years of experience in teaching/training students or freshers in communication and life skills
