The Communication Centre Executive is responsible for managing patient communications for both Physio Active clinics (GCR and EROS). This includes handling calls, chats, and confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth patient experience through timely and polite interactions
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Reconfirm unconfirmed appointments and manage daily scheduling.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing calls and chat inquiries across platforms.
3. Make confirmation, reminder, follow-up, and NSP calls as per protocols.
4. Ensure loop closure by responding to every patient inquiry or request immediately.
5. Update handover sheets, communication logs, and appointment calendars.
6. Coordinate with clinic teams to reschedule appointments and share timely updates.
7. Support end-of-day reporting and document readiness for the next shift.
8. Maintain a polite, patient-friendly tone in all verbal and written communications.
9. Escalate unresolved issues to the Communication Centre Manager promptly.
