As our

Communication Associate

, you'll support leadership, plan impactful projects and events, engage our community through creative content, and sharpen our communication strategies with data-backed insights.

What You'll Do

Support Leadership:

Manage schedules, craft internal communications, and prepare agendas and reports.

Run Projects & Events:

Handle the planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up for both virtual and in-person initiatives.

Build & Engage Community:

Develop engaging content--such as blog posts, social media content, and newsletters--to grow and connect with our audience.

Measure & Optimize:

Monitor engagement metrics, analyze results, and present actionable insights to refine communication strategies.

Who You Are

Residing in

Jaipur

--this is an on-site role for local applicants. A strong communicator--effective in both written and verbal communication. Responsible, proactive, and ready to take initiative. Approximately

1 year of experience

in communications (relevant internships, projects, or roles)--or a motivated newcomer looking to make an impact.
