Communication & Culture Lead
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Communication & Culture area for the Digital Hub, designing and executing the overall communication strategy to support the Hub's vision, culture, and business goals.
Oversee all internal and external communication channels (news, intranet, social media, LinkedIn, event communications), ensuring consistent messaging and strong employer branding.
Organize and manage end-to-end events (onsite and virtual) that promote company culture, foster engagement, and create synergies among IT professionals and across technology domains, promoting integration and knowledge sharing.
Act as a cultural ambassador, driving initiatives that strengthen diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and advising leaders and teams on best practices.
Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, continuously improving strategies and content based on feedback and business needs.
Ensure all activities comply with local (India) requirements and leverage local trends and platforms to maximize impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in communication, event organization, social media management, preferably in a multicultural or digital environment.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Ability to create content relevant to the local context with a strategic and analytical mindset.
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the ability to connect and engage diverse audiences.
Self-organized, proactive, and passionate about building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
